Customer Reviews
Fast drying towels
Bought the Supima Waffle Bath Towel. It dries fast. Good quality. Shipping was okay. No issues.
Great value with the bundle
I was really on the fence about spending this much on towels, but I saw they had a Bath Bundle discount, which saved me a decent amount. I got the Supima Waffle Bath Sheet, a Hand Towel, and a Washcloth. The total felt like a fair price for what I received. They truly do dry quickly, and they don't get that damp smell. I'm always looking for ways to save, so that bundle was key for me. It felt worth the purchase in the end, definitely a step up from what I had before without breaking the bank.
Consistent quality, ordered again
This was my third order from Onsen. I originally got the Complete Set a while back and was really happy with those. This time I needed a few more Waffle Washcloths and decided to get the Bath Mat too. The quality is still very consistent with my first purchase; the towels feel the same, and the mat is plush. Shipping was about the same as last time, took 6 days to reach me in Florida. I keep coming back because their towels actually work as advertised, staying fresh longer than other brands I've tried.
Good quality, delivery could be faster
I ordered the Supima Waffle Bath Towel and a Waffle Hand Towel. The quality of the towels is really nice; they feel substantial but still light, and they do dry faster than my old terry towels. I've washed them a few times and they've held up well, no noticeable shrinking. The packaging was also good. My main critique would be the shipping time; it took about a week to get to me in Oregon, which felt a bit long compared to other online stores. Overall, I'm satisfied with the products, but they could probably improve on their shipping speed.

Hey, thinking of grabbing a few towels, but I live in Chicago. How long does shipping usually take to get there?
Are these real Supima cotton? Some brands claim it but then it's some blend. Just wondering about the quality.
Thinking of getting the complete set, but what if I don't love them? Is their return process a pain?
Are these towels really worth the hype? I've been seeing them pop up everywhere but they're kinda pricey compared to like, Brooklinen or something.
Does Onsen ever do sales beyond the bundles? Like a site-wide discount or something?
